Our organization is a home health agency that values persons/ patients- centered–care. Our aim is to provide coordinated care with dignity, compassion, and respect at the comfort of our patients’ homes.

Our patient/person- centered care will be supported by evidence-based practices, new innovations and continuous Quality Improvement process.

The Administrator

He holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, has 14 years hand-on experience in caregiving, 7 years skills as an Administrative Director, and a firm believer in open door policy for all staff. He is ardent about patient-centered-care that is complimented by evidence-based-practice that is supported by Continuous Quality Improvement process.
