•     Assess, review, evaluate and implement patients’ plans of care.
•     Provide appropriate preventive, therapeutic and rehabilitative nursing procedures and techniques.
•     Teach patients, family members or caregivers the appropriate self care techniques.
•     Supervise Home Health Aides to provide patients with activities of daily living skills that facilitate self-sufficiency and independence.
•     Collaborate with other treaters to provide continuity of care.
•     Administer medication and follow through treatment prescribed by the physicians.
